All scratch & dent and open-box appliances are sold with cosmetic imperfections fully disclosed before purchase. Our staff walks every customer through any visible blemishes before the sale is completed — so there are no surprises after delivery.

What "Open Box" Means

A brand-new unit returned with its original packaging opened, or briefly used as a display model. Fully inspected, tested, and in complete working condition before sale.

Scratch & Dent

What "Scratch & Dent" Means

A fully functional appliance with minor cosmetic blemishes such as small scratches, scuffs, or dents. These imperfections do not affect performance. All flaws are disclosed before purchase and are not grounds for return or warranty claim.
